We’ve been using personal user manuals for a while, but we want to better understand how they are used, and what works and doesn’t in terms of helping groups set effective norms and prevent conflict.

In this study, we asked you to share your experiences and perspectives with this manual. We’ll use this information to make changes and improvements to the tool, and to help us design future studies to examine the effects of these manuals more rigorously.

Once our results are in and have been analyzed, we’d be happy to share with you what we’ve found.
